We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the beautiful area of the Italian Alps. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski slopes, making it a great choice for winter sports enthusiasts. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

I had a fairly average time during my business trip at this hotel. I did, however, appreciate the free shuttle service to nearby locations. the buffet breakfast had a decent variety of options. The location was convenient for my business meetings, being situated near several office buildings.

My room was not up to par. The carpets seemed old and dingy, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Fabulous rooms, woody mountain decor. Incredible spa with various amenities. Reasonably priced Michelin rated restaurant across the street. Convenient shuttle service to train station and ski slopes.

Nestled in the foothills of the Italian Alps, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area around the ski slopes. the rooms are large and charmingly decorated, making for a cozy stay. the breakfast is fresh and delicious, with freshly squeezed juices and pastries. the sauna is a treat after a long day of biking!

Noise from the nearby main road can occasionally be heard from the rooms facing the road.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel nestled in the mountains. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views all around. I particularly enjoyed taking a stroll around this city and biking through the beautiful hills. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the spa was top-notch, very clean, and relaxing. The staff was incredibly helpful and informative, always available to assist me. The continental breakfast was lovely, with fresh produce and a wide range of options. The parking and transportation services were excellent, making it easy for me to access various areas within the city.

Great location, beautiful scenery and friendly staff. Room was spacious and comfortable with good amenities, and the breakfast was decent with good options. Also, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and parking which was very convenient.

The hotel had poor cleanliness and hygiene standards. The bathroom was not cleaned properly with dirty tiles and the bedding had stains. Furthermore, the noise level was high which caused disturbance during the night and early morning. The hotel needs to improve its cleaning regime and soundproofing if it wants to attract guests who value hygiene and a good night’s sleep.
